We are MBA students from University Technology Mara, Shah Alam, Malaysia. We are conducting a survey on “Motivational Factors and Customer Loyalty Towards e-Marketing” .In this particular context, a set of questionnaire has been developed to measure respondents loyalties towards the use of E-marketing websites, blogs and etc. Thus we would your full cooperation to kindly complete the questionnaire given.
